I had an inspiring day driving around Houston to talk to all of the school nutrition service teams in the HISD. HISD has celebrated School Lunch Hero Day since the very beginning, and I loved reconnecting with some familiar faces.
All the best to them (and all of you) as you get ready to feed all of those kids this school year!
